تأمین وثیقه مهم‌ترین مشکل سرمایه‌گذاران در بخش ریلی

به گزارش وبسایت مجله ساختمان، محمد رضا رضایی کوچی رئیس کمیسیون عمران مجلس شورای اسلامی در یک مراسم رسمی در حضور وزیر راه و شهرسازی، بر ضرورت توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش ریلی کشور تاکید کرد. رضایی‌کوچی با اشاره به اهمیت اعتمادسازی در زمینه توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش ریلی، گفت: خوشبختانه با اعتمادسازی انجام‌شده و پیگیری‌های وزیر راه و شهرسازی و همراهی سایر مسئولان، شاهد حضور پررنگ‌تر سرمایه‌گذاران در این حوزه هستیم. “Fortunately, with the completed trust-building process and the follow-up of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, and the cooperation of other officials, we are witnessing a stronger presence of investors in this sector.”

وی همچنین بر نقش مؤثر توسعه شبکه ریلی در صرفه‌جویی انرژی تاکید کرد. “He also emphasized the effective role of developing the railway network in energy saving. ”

رضایی‌کوچی اشاره کرد که توسعه شبکه ریلی حداقل تا هفت برابر نسبت به جاده موجب کاهش مصرف انرژی می‌شود. “According to him, the development of the railway network can save at least seven times more energy than roads.”

وی همچنین به مشکلات جدی کشور، مانند آلودگی هوا و تصادفات جاده‌ای اشاره کرد و توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه ریلی را به‌عنوان راه‌حلی برای این مشکلات عنوان کرد. “He also mentioned the serious problems of the country, such as air pollution and road accidents, and considered the development of investment in the railway sector as a solution to these problems.”

رضایی‌کوچی تصریح کرد که حمل کالا از طریق ریل سریع‌تر و ارزان‌تر است و در نهایت کالا با قیمت تمام‌شده کمتر به دست مصرف‌کننده می‌رسد. “He emphasized that transportation of goods by rail is faster and cheaper, and ultimately the goods reach the consumer at a lower total cost.”

رئیس کمیسیون عمران مجلس همچنین اشاره کرد که در برنامه هفتم، حداقل ۳۰ درصد حمل بار کشور باید به شبکه ریلی منتقل شود و تا پایان برنامه، جابه‌جایی حداقل ۴۰ میلیون تن کالا از مسیر ترانزیت ریلی محقق شود. “He also mentioned that in the seventh program, at least 30% of the country’s cargo transportation must be transferred to the railway network, and by the end of the program, at least 40 million tons of goods will be transported through the railway transit route.”
